This relaxing practice follows Jo's familiar stretch sequence, with a focus on backbends to open the front body (no standing poses). You’ll begin by syncing your breath with rhythmic movement, then hold static poses for a deep stretch. It’s an ideal class to unwind after a long day, manage stress, and promote healthy sleep. Highlights include Seated Twists, Child’s Pose to Cow Pose, Cobra and Sphinx, Low Lunge, Supported Bridge, Supported Cobbler’s Pose, and breathwork (extended exhales with holds).
