This gentle practice follows Jo's familiar stretch sequence, with a focus on grounding twists (no standing poses). You’ll begin by syncing your breath with rhythmic movement, then hold static poses for a deep stretch. It’s an ideal class for the end of a long day and to relieve muscular tension, lubricate your joints, and promote healthy circulation. Highlights include Seated Cross-Legged Twist, Cat/Cow, Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), Supported Cobbler’s Pose, and breathwork (extended exhales with holds).
