This gentle, grounding practice follows Jo's familiar stretch sequence, with a focus on the hips (no standing poses). You’ll begin by syncing your breath with rhythmic movement, then hold static poses for a deep stretch. It’s an ideal class for an evening routine and to relieve muscular tension, lubricate your joints, and calm the nervous system. Highlights include Half Straddle, 90/90, Reclined Thread the Needle, and Supported Cobbler’s Pose.
