This active practice maintains strength and mobility for healthy aging. You'll explore breathwork, a brisk flow, and high-impact jumping to support bone density, lymphatic drainage, and heart health. Begin with Box Breathing, then warm up in Cobra, Cat/Cow, Surya Namaskar C (Sun Salutations) before leading into Vrksasana (Tree Pose), a jumping sequence, Malasana (Squat), and Side Plank. Cool down in Pigeon; no Savasana included.
