Expect lots of lateral (side) stretches, upper body stretches, twists, and forward folds in an energizing sequence with Arm Circles, Leg Raises, Half Sun Salutations, Temple Pose, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Warrior II, Crescent, and Wide-Legged Chair Squats. No Savasana or floor-based postures are included.
