Designed for those recovering from a lower back injury, this gentle breath-focused practice is full of mindful movement to check in with your body. You’ll move slowly through familiar postures while staying present and stabilizing, strengthening, and opening your lower back. Start seated, then move through Cat/Cow, Down Dog, Plank, Sphinx, Locust, Standing Leg Raises, Bridge, Thread the Needle, and Supported Twist. This class previously aired on August 31, 2025.
