This targeted Vinyasa practice includes lots of varied movements and exercises to enhance the strength, flexibility, and functionality of your upper body (including your core). Enjoy a steady, dynamic flow with Tabletop core activation, Plank and Side Plank work, Dolphin and Chaturanga variations, Crescent, Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose), and a hip-opener to cool down.
