Begin with Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle) and Supine Twist, then enjoy a strong, steady flow with Sun Salutations, Figure Four, Skandasana (Side Lunge), Humble Warrior, Locust, Pigeon, and Standing Splits before finishing in seated meditation.
