Designed for yoga teachers, this Hatha practice creates space to reduce overthinking, stay present, and reignite your inspiration to lead class. Elena says, “As teachers, we need to stay consistent in our practice in order to craft enriching sequencing.” This steady, grounding sequence includes variations of Lunge, Uttanasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana, Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana, Ustrasana, Pigeon, Sirsasana, Paschimottanasana, and Krounchasana.
