This intentional practice focuses on two foundational aspects of Hatha yoga: posture alignment and the breath. You’ll explore your sensations while moving mindfully through Low Lunge, Half Split, Lizard, Warriors, Revolved Triangle, Extended Side Angle, and Wide-Legged Forward Fold, then finish with Bridge, Happy Baby, Figure Four, and Savasana.
