Take time for yourself in this gentle yet energizing practice designed to remedy busy schedules that leave you feeling worn out and disconnected. A slower pace is encouraged, with gentle breathing, fluid movement, and static holds seamlessly integrated. Begin with a visualization exercise, then a kneeling sequence with shoulder stretches and backbends leads into Lunges and a standing sequence. Finish with grounded postures, including Janu Sirsasana, Baddha Konasana, Reclined Pigeon, and Supported Shoulderstand. This class previously aired on August 17, 2025.
