The slow sequence utilizes postures to ease digestion, anxious feelings, and exhaustion, addressing challenges that may arise in your menopause journey. Expect genuine support, stabilizing breathwork (Nadi Shodhana), and long holds in restful postures, including Child’s Pose, Cobra or Sphinx, Supine Twist, Bananasana, Salamba Urdhva Dhanurasana I (a supported backbend), and Side-Lying Savasana.
