You’ll mobilize, strengthen, and stretch the entire circumference of your hips, boosting circulation and promoting functional movement. Move steadily through reclined mobility work, dynamic Lunges, Cross-Legged Forward Fold, standing mobility work, and Sun Salutations. This class previously aired on August 20, 2025.
