Show your hips some love in this hybrid-style practice that blends Hatha postures, mobility work, and dynamic movement. You’ll mobilize, strengthen, and stretch the entire circumference of your hips, boosting circulation and promoting functional movement. Move steadily through reclined mobility work, dynamic Lunges, Cross-Legged Forward Fold, standing mobility work, and Sun Salutations. This class previously aired on August 20, 2025.
