Short and sweet, this class leaves your body feeling good after moving through a mild, low-challenge sequence that increases flexibility. Begin warming up in a Pilates series of C-Curve, Leg Extensions, and Single-Leg Stretch, followed by Sun Salutation A, then enjoy some longer holds in Warrior II, Pyramid, Half Lord of the Fish Pose, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, and Hanumanasana (Splits) prep.
