If your upper body needs a rest, this is a great class to still get a powerful workout. You’ll focus on your lower body to build a strong foundation in a fun, upbeat, and accessible series that encourages quality movement. Exercises include Plié, Squats, Lunges, All Fours glute work, Bridge work, and standing and side-lying thigh work. This class previously aired on August 18, 2025.
