Lighthearted and fun, this class is designed to cut through physical and energetic stressors and is especially beneficial for those seeking support during menopause. Expect a yoga hybrid — not your typical Vinyasa — with flow elements, kriyas, and a touch of Qigong. Enjoy lots of variations and ways to creatively move energy in Salutations, Low Lunges, Cobra/Shalabhasana, Crescent, and Warrior II, then cool down in Janu Sirsasana, Seated Twist, and Supta Baddha Konasana with Bhramari (Bee Breath).
