Awaken your entire body and shed sleepiness in this morning practice that leaves you tension-free and energized for the day ahead. Start with a gentle, dynamic warm-up, including Child’s Pose with side stretches and Low Lunge with a quad opener, then flow through a mid-tempo, steady flow with Lunge Salutations, Bound Side Angle, Half Moon variations, Side Plank variations, Handstand (optional), and reclined core strengtheners.
