You’ll learn to recognize your triggers and what brings you back to peace and contentment, like your practice. Begin with a brief description of the parasympathetic nervous system, then recall a place that brings you joy while in supported postures, including Supported Squat, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Supported Pigeon, and Supported Savasana.
