Steady and strong but not too overwhelming, this practice helps you build a powerful core using exercises that work the entire abdominal circumference. You’ll warm up in Down Dog and Tabletop, then flow through Crescent, Side Plank variations, Superman, Forearm Plank variations, Reverse Tabletop, Crunch variations, and Boat Pose variations, then finish in Reclined Cobbler’s Pose.
