This Vinyasa practice is designed to build strength with slow, intentional movement. Think: You’ll work on slowing down your urge to rush while staying present and savoring the strength it takes to move with purpose. Develop power and stability as you transition mindfully through Plank, Sphinx, Forearm Plank, High Lunge pulses, Warrior III with Humble Arms, Lizard with a quad stretch, and Half and Full Split.
