This practice combines resistance training with familiar, stretchy postures to build strength and readiness in your body and mind. Expect lots of lower-body work, from your feet up through your legs, to solidify your foundation. Start with hip openers and Squat variations, then move through Romanian Deadlifts, Reverse Lunge to Curtsy variations, and Down Dog variations before settling into a Child’s Pose stretch.
