This mindful Vinyasa practice uses transitions between postures to pause and soften, helping you cultivate a more thoughtful response pattern. The mild flow moves through a Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose) variation, Warrior I with Humble Arms, Half-Bound Side Angle, Half Moon, Malasana (Squat), and Figure Four Chair while increasing range of motion in your shoulders and building strength in your adductors (inner thighs).
