A meditative and spacious practice, this class takes time in postures in an unhurried way. As Jo says, “Slowing down is a remedy for our modern times.” You’ll begin with breathwork, then flow through a slow-paced sequence that builds into challenging balancing postures. Highlights include Cobra rolls, Side Plank variations, Tree Pose, Eagle Pose, Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose), Dolphin, and backbends.
