This practice combines mobility techniques into a flowing sequence to work your entire body, with a focus on the shoulders, feet, knees, hips, and spine. Full of variety and options, expect lots of short and powerful movements and exercises. Start with shoulder mobility, then move through a spinal flow, core work, arm strengthening, Down Dog to Dolphin, Down Dog to Up Dog, Squat variations, and Tabletop work. (No Savasana included.)
