This Vinyasa flow focuses on the journey in your practice, helping you cultivate unwavering attention in all moments rather than just each pose. The sequence becomes a slow moving meditation. You’ll start seated, glide through Cat/Cow, Down Dog, Crescent Vinyasas, Warrior II, Triangle, Half Moon, and Ustrasana (Camel Pose), then transition into Seated Twist and Head-To-Knee Forward Fold.
