Spice up your workout in this fiery class that works in a different way to increase your muscle activation and boost strength. The series takes you through variations of Bicep Curls, Tricep Extensions, Lateral Lunges, Single-Leg Romanian Deadlifts, Push Ups, Dead Bug, and Plank Shoulder Taps.
