This class ramps up the intensity in a full-body workout that combines compound strength exercises with Pilates to tone and strengthen your legs, core, and upper body. Warm up with C-Curve, then break a sweat through Hundreds, Double-Leg Extension, kneeling work, a glider Lunge series, and a glider Plank series.
