Rather than pushing or striving, this practice focuses on creating space, softening effort, and unwinding built-up tension throughout your entire body. You’ll work on increasing mobility in your hips, spine, and shoulders while tuning into your sensations and turning down the volume of distractions. The relaxing flow includes Low Lunge, Firelog Pose, Pyramid, Warrior I, Malasana (Squat), Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, and Lizard. This class previously aired on July 1, 2025.
