Often, strong emotions leave us feeling weighed down and lacking motivation. This Vinyasa practice creates a pathway for emotions to travel, offering a sense of relief and inspiration. You’ll glide through a Cat/Cow to Down Dog warm-up, Anjaneyasana to Half Split, Chair to Forward Fold, dynamic arm movements, and Skandasana (Side Lunge), then finish with a Seated Straddle flow.
