This class is all about building fire. You’ll feel a full-body burn in a high-intensity series of compound exercises, using heavy and light weights for you to choose your challenge level. Warm up, then get ready for two supersets with 15 reps of exercises each. Moves include Goblet Squat, Deadlift, Lunge to Shoulder Press, Russian Twist, Mountain Climbers, Push Ups, and Burpees.
