This Vinyasa practice helps you ease into your day with slow, intentional, and loving movement. You’ll start with Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle) and Happy Baby, then flow through Malasana (Squat), Half Splits, modified Warrior II, and supported Side Plank before finishing with Pigeon, Seated Twist, and Seated Forward Fold.
