Ease in with Cat/Cow and rolling Plank to Down Dog, then explore Forward Fold to Toe Squat, Lunge to Pyramid, Dancing Warrior, Bridge, Upward Facing Bow, Thread the Needle, and Cobbler’s Pose to finish (instead of Savasana).
