Welcome to Glo! You’re right where you need to be. This beginner-friendly class guides you through a few fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, including Sun Salutations, standing postures, and hip openers. You’ll strengthen and mobilize your body while getting familiar with what it’s like to practice on Glo. Expect steady movement and approachable postures, including Child’s Pose, Down Dog, Warrior II, Triangle, and Seated Twist.
