This fusion class combines a yoga flow with Pilates exercises. Poses are meant to enliven and invigorate your body while helping you feel grounded, secure, and grateful. Embrace a love for life — and yourself — while moving through Pilates ab work, Sun Salutations A and B, Crescent Lunge, Pyramid, Extended Side Angle, Camel Pose, Wheel Pose, and Plough Pose.
