Up-level your practice in this short Yoga Conditioning class that flows through familiar postures with added weights. You’ll build strength and feel grounded while moving through Sun Salutations, Lunge variations, Warrior III variations, Squat variations, Leg Lowers, and ab work, then finish with a forward fold variation and a side stretch. A great class to return to for tracking your progress. Option to bring 2-3 lb. light weights or 5-8 lb. heavier weights, and also an excellent workout without the weights.
