This Vinyasa practice features smooth transitions, standing postures, and heart openers to deliver a continuous, feel-good flow. Think of it like a cup of coffee without the jitters and with a stretch. Cat/Cow, Gate Pose, and upper body stretches lead into Revolved Side Angle, Hanumanasana (Splits), and Bridge or Wheel Pose, then finish with Supine Twist.
