This quick Strength class activates, strengthens, and tones your upper body, including the back, arms, and core. You’ll move briskly through Planks, Push Ups, standing free weight exercises (with three-pound weights), Squats, and Sit Ups. An excellent class to tack onto a guided walk, yoga flow, or for when you’re short on time. This class previously aired on June 12, 2025.
