This practice invites you to explore how menopause presents in the body and mind, while noticing how your postures and pace can adapt to support these changes. With lots of modifications available, the mildly strong sequence progresses through a Locust warm-up, Sun Salutation B, Side Plank, Crescent, Half Split, Half Moon, Dolphin, Bridge, and Upward-Facing Bow before finishing with a five-minute meditation (instead of Savasana).
