This Pilates practice supports spinal integrity by building your core muscles and strengthening your alignment in twists. All exercises emphasize twisting or limbs crossing the midline. Warm up with Cat/Cow and Bird Dog variations, then Half Roll Down, Hundreds, Leg Circles, Scissors, Saw, Criss Cross, and Planks will leave you feeling fortified.
