This Hatha class builds strength, balance, and flexibility while releasing tension and relaxing your body; an excellent way to reset the nervous system and feel calm and centered. You’ll start standing in High Lunge, Warrior I, Warrior III, Pyramid Pose, and Revolved Triangle, then move to the floor for Seated Forward Fold and Reclined Twist.
