This Hatha practice uses a wall as a prop to deepen your awareness and create more balance in alignment. You'll discover a newfound sense of steadiness in standing and balancing postures while awakening your body and softening into poses. Postures include variations of Chair, Down Dog, Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), and Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended Hand-To-Toe Pose).
