This Pilates fusion practice incorporates control, balance, and breath to strengthen your core and mind-body connection. Using ankle weights and a small stability ball, you'll move with intention through Down Dog, Lunge, a side-lying outer thigh series, All Fours glutes work, Bridge work, Pilates abdominal exercises, and a kneeling arm series.
