This is a gentle paced flow focusing on taking a 'load off' and giving back to yourself. Start with reclined cobbler's pose (supta baddha konasana) and into our flow of sun salutations (surya namaskar) and standing poses including triangle (trikonasana), dancer (natarajasana) and dancing wide legged side to side (skandasana). Pigeon (eka pada rajakapotasana) and supported bridge (setu bandhasana) to cool down with short savasana. Bless you, yoginis! Props: bloster, 2 blocks, blanket
