You’ll ground your mind and reconnect with yourself while strengthening your body and improving your posture, balance, and flexibility. The mild yet energizing sequence includes Warrior II, Triangle, Extended Side Angle, Warrior I, Pyramid, Dancer Pose, Warrior III, Seated Forward Fold, Happy Baby, and Reclined Twist.
