Exercise your body *and* brain in this Vinyasa practice that's lighthearted and fun yet full of physical and coordination challenges. You'll support brain health by encouraging neuroplasticity and left-right brain communication. Warm up in Tabletop balances, then flow through Crescent with a twist, Plank balances, Tree Pose variations, and One-Legged Upward Bow Pose before cooling down with 90/90, Pigeon, and Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breathing).
