Get the best of both worlds — Pilates and yoga — in this class that builds core strength (and heat!) before finishing with flexibility-boosting postures. You’ll start in a fast-moving series of Pilates exercises to feel the burn in your abs and obliques, then slow things down and cool off in a short yoga sequence.
