A daily stretch benefits your well-being in multiple ways, most notably by increasing flexibility and boosting energy. This go-to class is excellent on its own or to add to another workout. Enjoy a gentle sequence with wrist rolls, Cat/Cow, quad stretches, chest and shoulder stretches, Down Dog, Low Lunge, Pyramid Pose, and seated glute stretches.
