This Pilates practice focuses on strengthening your powerhouse muscles to improve stability, balance, and posture. You’ll work through some of the greatest hits to activate your deep core muscles, glutes, and inner thighs, like Toe Taps, Dead Bug, Glute Bridge, Hip Curls, Oblique Twists, and Plank to Bear Marches.
