A very nurturing and feel-good class, this Vinyasa practice uses creative stretching and flowing sequences to open your side body and outer hips. Glide through Side Plank variations, Low Lunge variations, Parsvakonasana (Side Angle) variations, Pigeon, and Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold) to finish feeling expansive and spacious.
