Part strengthening, part stretching, this twisty Pilates class explores proper spinal twisting engagement while detoxifying your body and targeting the obliques. Warm up in a gentle seated series with Cat/Cow and Bird Dog, then move steadily through Single-Leg Stretch, Criss Cross, Lunge variations, Plank Knee-To-Elbow, and Side Plank.
